Step into our true chefs kitchen equipped with all the essentials to make your culinary masterpiece including a BBQ grill on the back patio.You're sure to enjoy a fireplace in the living room, one in the master bedroom and an antique cast iron pot belly stove outdoors that was rescued from the original "Landers Brew". You will be provided with enviro-logs for the indoor fires and split oak for the outside. SLEEPING: The property has sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Primary Bedroom ~ 1 King bed Second Bedroom ~ 1 Kind bed Third Bedroom ~ 1 Queen bed Fourth Bedroom ~ 2 Twin beds OUTDOORS: The stories are made outdoors with acres to roam, a year round hot tub, an outdoor fire pit and lighted horseshoe pits to play under the stars. Enjoy making memories under the most epic sky while taking in the mesmerizing views of the Copper Mountains to the East, Joshua Tree National Park to the South, and the snow capped Big Bear Mountains to the West. You’ll feel secluded, yet be centered in the middle of everything that rules in the desert. Like a true ranger, be on the lookout for shooting stars in the clear night skies, spot wildlife during an afternoon hike, or discover your inner-self at our outdoor yoga space -- everything you need is at this Station including plenty of outdoor activities, making it the perfect spot for a family vacation or retreat. FEATURES: The home is equipped with an e-lock for easy self-check in. We have the fastest wifi in the area, but keep in mind, we are still remote and speeds may vary. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking necessities including a microwave, blender, pots/pans, cookware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, coffee maker with coffee provided, spices, filtered drinking water, ice maker, and more!

Other Details to Note

FAMILY: We are family friendly! No infants are allowed. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, steps, etc). Please see our House Rules for more information. PETS: We are dog friendly! No more than 2 dogs per stay. Dogs MUST be approved with your agreement to the pet rules, which we will send to you. Please notify us if you wish to bring any dogs. BACKYARD: The backyard is not enclosed. EXTRA GUESTS: Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest over the 4th to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count. GARAGE: Our garage is closed off for our housekeeping team, who may need to access to it during your stay. However, they will not need access to the house. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC: Sound travels far in the desert. Take a moment to listen to how much you can hear! Guests must refrain from any outdoor music playing from amplifiers or Bluetooth speakers at ANY time of day or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community even outside of quiet hours. You may play music while in the house with the doors closed, but please only play music from your phone or computer at a low volume while outside. Thank you for being a good neighbor! GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Please be respectful of the neighbors! We are in a quiet, peaceful area of Joshua Tree. There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution. Use quiet voices and refrain from any loud outdoor noise or disturbances by 10pm. Failure to respect quiet hours or after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. FIRE PIT: You may use the fire pit during your stay. We provide firewood for sale on site. Due to county regulations, you may NOT start an outdoor fire if winds exceed 5MPH. Never leave the fire pit unattended! WIFI: We have the fastest wifi in the area (15mbps), but we do not guarantee these speeds at all hours of the day. We are in a remote area of Joshua Tree so speed depends on the neighborhood bandwidth, weather, and many other factors outside of our control. WILDLIFE: You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, coyotes, rabbits, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, and the endangered kangaroo mice. NO SMOKING: No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking unit. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors and at least 15 feet away from any open exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CIGARETTE BUTTS in the property. Animals will pick them up and get sick. Please help keep the campgrounds clean and do not litter! CLEANING: Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the unit is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding! DEPOSIT OR WAIVER: Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500. Guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI via text with a URL link to start the verification process. HOT TUB: The hot tub will be left at 80 degrees. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking if you decide to use. LACK OF CELLULAR COVERAGE: You will notice that cell service is hard to come by in our secluded desert setting. Don't worry—consider it an invitation to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. We recommend planning ahead to make the most of this serene escape from the digital world. PLEASE REVIEW ALL OF THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. By making a reservation, you are entering into an agreement to adhere to all of the House Rules below, which takes effect at time and date of check-in and ends at check-out. This House Rules agreement is NOT a lease and conveys no rights in real property at any time. Your use is limited to the House Rules defined herein. Now here’s the fun stuff… :) [Priority] DEPOSIT OR WAIVER: Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must submit a deposit or waiver through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable deposit (minus a processing fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI via text with a URL link to start the verification process. Check-in information will be provided after verification is complete. Guests who book may also be required to agree to our House Rules or Terms & Conditions. CHECK-IN FORM: Prior to receiving check-in instructions, guests will be required to complete a Check-in Form with our standard Rental Agreement terms and conditions, which reflects our House Rules. For verification purposes, a copy of your photo ID will be requested and must match the name of the credit card on file. For a seamless check-in, please make sure all your payments are completed before check-in. AGREEMENT: Guests may also be required to sign a standard short-term rental agreement prior to arrival. [General] 1. NO EXTRA GUESTS. You may not exceed the number of guests than what's on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to ENTER the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation. This is a strict rule with the county. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Please note we have an added $35/night Extra Guest Fee (plus tax) for each guest over the 4th that is already incorporated into the price when selecting total guest count. This helps cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. *We set the base price at 4 guests, so smaller groups can enjoy the space, while still honoring our common rate larger groups.* 2. NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. Check-in is between 4 pm and 9 pm. Check-out is by 10am. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate any early check-in or late check-out requests due to the enhanced cleaning regimen required to properly clean and sanitize the home according to CDC protocols for your health and safety. 3. DOGS ARE ACCEPTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. No more than 2 dogs. Dogs MUST be approved with your agreement to the pet rules, which we will send to you. Please notify us if you wish to bring any dogs. We will request a $100 cleaning & companion fee per dog. This is strictly monitored at check-in. 4. NO SMOKING OR BURNING CANDLES. This is a non-smoking property. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline. Do NOT leave any cigarette butts on the property. Animals will pick them up and get sick. Thank you for helping keep our campgrounds clean. 5. Please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of NO outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. 6. Keep doors closed AT ALL TIMES. There are many creatures in the desert, including mice, rats and coyotes, that can easily enter the home if doors are open and cause infestation and damage. Please be responsible and keep all doors closed. 7. No professional photoshoots or video shoots without prior approval. If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. You must get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Unauthorized use of the rental property's name, address or images (interior, exterior, or property surroundings) for any commercial, business, sales, or promotional use in any print or electronic media is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law. Photos for your personal social media accounts are welcomed! 8. No special events such as parties or weddings are allowed without prior written approval. 9. Guests shall allow access to property management vendors or workers during their stay for landscaping, hot tub maintenance, trash removal, any necessary repairs and inspection of premises. 10. No glitter or confetti allowed. Please remove all decorations, if any, by check-out time at 11am on day of checkout. 11. We are family friendly! No infants are allowed. Please see our House Rules for more information. 12. SHARED CAMPGROUND NEXTDOOR: There is a shared the campground next door that is fully enclosed with other happy desert visitors. We are a community of Glampers with Sol & Sotosha. Please be respectful and bring good vibes only! 13. Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess is a $500 cleaning charge. Thank you in advance for treating the home as if it were your own. :) 14. Illegal or abusive use of the internet is strictly prohibited. Please note the desert is remote and many outside factors can affect WiFi. We cannot guarantee WiFi speeds or connectivity due to outages, neighborhood bandwidth usage, or factors outside of our control due to the WiFi company. 15. Amazing property, remote location for total peace and quiet, but close enough to town if you need anything. Everything was as described, clean & functional. Hot tub was great, Beds were extremely comfortable and check-in was easy. Would definitely return

My group was all really impressed of this Airbnb. Many of them saying it’s the best Airbnb they’ve ever stayed at lol. Perfect place for a getaway. We loved staying here and totally recommend. We were a group of 8! Beautiful space and love that they had central AC.
